We know that buying a putter, sight unseen in many cases, can be a bit unnerving. We appreciate you trusting us with your game!
It’s extremely rare that anyone wants to return a L.A.B. Golf putter, but just in case, we have some options if Lie Angle Balance doesn’t work for you.
First of all, if you are struggling to get your putter dialed in or not seeing the benefits of Lie Angle Balance, please reach out to us at (833) 4-LABGOLF or [email protected].
There are really only a few reasons why you may struggle with your new L.A.B. Golf putter. These issues are easily resolved with a little work. We are here to help!
Bought From a Retailer?
If you purchased your putter from one of our fitters/retailers, please contact them to coordinate your return.
If you purchased directly from us, please read the following.
If you purchased one of our stock offerings, you can return the putter within 14 days of arrival. If it is returned to us in NEW condition, we will refund the purchase price of the putter to your original form of payment and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
You will, however, be responsible for any shipping fees to return the putter to us. If the putter shows signs of use and cannot be considered new, we will charge a $75 restocking fee.
**Disclaimer** If you did not go through our remote fitting process or were not fitted by one of our certified fitters, custom putters CANNOT be returned.
If you went the custom route and were properly fit, you have the same 14-day window to return or exchange your putter, but you will be charged a $150 restocking regardless of condition. If the putter is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.
Our manufacturing warranty is valid within 12 months of purchase.
L.A.B. Golf will cover the shipping fees of returning the putter to the factory for repair within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns after the initial 6 months will be the responsibility of the customer.
The original order number is required.
If purchased through a 3rd party, please contact the 3rd party to coordinate the warranty request.
Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. If damage to the putter is deemed to be a result of misuse, repair fees may apply.
