With more than 30 years of strategic growth and brand leadership experience, Johnson has an impressive track record, including 17 years at TaylorMade, where he served as Executive Vice President. His tenure at TaylorMade was marked by market repositioning and product innovation, culminating in the company’s acquisition. He has also led high-growth initiatives at mophie (a ZAGG company), turning it into a $200MM business unit with a 40% increase in profitability.

Hahn’s unconventional background in music and entrepreneurialism has driven L.A.B. Golf’s transformation into a disruptive force in the industry. Under his leadership, the company has achieved nearly 18,000% growth since 2018, solidifying its position as an innovator in putting technology.

April Stevens

Chief Revenue Officer

April Stevens is L.A.B. Golf’s Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 20 years of executive sales leadership across the golf and outdoor industries.
She spent 15 years at TaylorMade-adidas Golf in senior sales roles, leading regional teams and National Accounts. Most recently, April served as Vice President of Sales at YETI, where she built and scaled the brand’s Wholesale and Corporate Sales organizations across the U.S. and Latin America, and drove significant growth.
A lifelong golfer, April played collegiately at Michigan State University, earning Academic All-American honors.

MIKE BEAL

Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years of global operations and supply chain experience, Beal has played a crucial role in scaling businesses across markets in the U.S., China, and Japan for brands like Nike, Intel, TaylorMade, Callaway, and Fujikura Golf.

Aina Konold

Chief Financial Officer

With over 30 years of global retail, strategy, financial management, and operational experience, Aina has built a strong track record of driving growth and optimizing and scaling operating models. Previously, she served as CFO for PacSun, BowFlex Inc. and the China division of Gap Inc. Aina held several executive level positions during her 20-year career with Gap Inc., across financial planning and analysis, controllership, shared services, real estate strategy, and investor relations. She currently serves on the Board and as Audit Chairperson of Savers Value Village Inc. and on the advisory board of Canopii and Astro Information Security.
