Feel and sound in a putter are super subjective: Some players like a softer feel and lower-pitched thunk at impact, others want a firmer feel and higher-pitched click. The first L.A.B. putters were known for their uniquely soft and satisfying feel and sound, but requests rolled in for something firmer. We answered by engineering a high-grade stainless steel face insert into OZ.1. In addition to providing the precise combination of feel, sound and ball speed we targeted, the insert also imparts faster ball speed.

HOT ON THE HEEL

If you favor the visual dynamics of a heel-shafted putter, OZ.1i HS is your ticket. The flow of the shaft into the head is exceedingly graceful, while Lie Angle Balance technology quiets the head rotation inherent to a heel-shaft design.

REMOTE FITTING

Get fitted in three easy steps!

  • 1. RECORD A VIDEO

    Wear golf or tennis shoes, use a putter with a comfortable length, and have the camera level with the player's hands (roughly knee/thigh height.)

  • 2. MEASURE YOUR GAMER

    Measure the imaginary line that starts at the top of the grip and ends at the bottom edge of the putterface, squarely in the center between the toe and heel.

  • 3. SEND IT TO US

    Use the online form to submit your video and our team of certified fitting professionals will use our software to analyze your stroke and calculate your ideal length and lie angle.
