WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Our manufacturing warranty is valid within 12 months of purchase. The original order number is required. If purchased through a 3rd party, please contact the 3rd party to coordinate the warranty request.

Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. If damage to the putter is deemed to be a result of misuse, repair fees may apply.

Warranties must be approved and initiated by L.A.B. Golf. Contact workorders@labgolf.com or complete the form above to submit your warranty request.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you purchased your putter from one of our fitters/retailers, please contact them to coordinate your return. If you purchased directly from us, please read below. You must contact info@labgolf.com and send photos to initiate your return.

DOES L.A.B. GOLF SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! We also have L.A.B. Golf Authorized Fitters in some countries. You can search for your nearest retailer here

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Duties and taxes depend on several factors such as the cost of the purchase as well as the country to which the order is being shipped. The purchase price of a L.A.B. Golf putter does not include duties and taxes.

HOW DO I FILM A REMOTE FITTING VIDEO? ARE THE RESULTS ACCURATE?

Follow these instructions provided - the results are accurate, and often even more precise than an in‑person fitting because you're not putting in front of an audience.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?

If your putter is not yet in production, you can contact customer service to request changes.

  • First order change: free
  • Additional changes: $100 fee

Once your putter enters production (you’ll receive an email notification), changes can no longer be made.

DO YOU HAVE A TRADE-IN PROGRAM?

No, we do not offer a trade‑in program.

CUSTOM PUTTERS

If you ordered a properly fitted custom putter, you have a 14‑day window to return or exchange it, but a $150 restocking fee will apply. If the putter is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.

STOCK PUTTERS

If you purchased a stock offering, you can return the putter within 14 days of arrival.

  • If returned in new condition, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. No restocking fee applies. You are responsible for return shipping.
  • If the putter shows signs of use, we will charge a $75 restocking fee.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY L.A.B. GOLF PUTTER?

Most customers can expect to receive their custom putter within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation.

Stock offerings through our website take 2-3 weeks on average.

CAN YOU CHANGE A LIE ANGLE?

The lie angle of a L.A.B. Golf putter is not adjustable. Trying to adjust your lie angle voids the warranty. If you need help choosing the correct lie angle or believe you ordered the wrong one, please email info@labgolf.com.

CAN YOU MODIFY MY PUTTER INTO AN ARMLOCK OR SWEEPER?

We are unable to convert a standard putter into an Armlock or Sweeper. We are happy to assist with fitting, guidance, and options if either style is what you're seeking. Email info@labgolf.com for help.

ARE THE WEIGHTS INTERCHANGEABLE?

L.A.B. Golf putter weights can be changed, but only by us. Attempting to adjust your weights on your own voids the warranty. If you need a different head weight, please fill out this form.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN WEIGHT UNDER HEAD WEIGHT OPTION WHEN ORDERING A MEZZ.1 OR MEZZ.1 MAX CUSTOM? 

For a standard putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/-15 grams from standard. For an Arm Lock putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/- 20 grams from standard. For a Sweeper putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/-25 grams from standard.
