DO YOU HAVE A TRADE-IN PROGRAM? 

No, we no longer have a trade-in program.

CAN YOU MODIFY MY PUTTER INTO AN ARMLOCK OR BROOMSTICK? 

Unfortunately we are unable to convert a standard putter into an Arm Lock or Broomstick. We are happy to assist with fitting, guidance, and options if either of these putting styles are what you are seeking.  Feel free to email us at info@labgolf.com.

HOW DO I FILM A REMOTE FITTING VIDEO? ARE THE RESULTS ACCURATE?

Just followthese instructionsand you’ll be golden. The results are accurate… sometimes more so than in an in-person fitting because you’re not putting in front of an audience.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY? 

If you purchased your putter from one of our fitters/retailers, please contact them to coordinate your return. If you purchased directly from us, please read the following. You must contactinfo@labgolf.comto initiate your return.

STOCK PUTTERS

If you purchased one of our stock offerings, you can return the putter within 14 days of arrival. If it is returned to us in NEW condition, we will refund the purchase price of the putter to your original form of payment and you will not be charged a restocking fee. You will, however, be responsible for any shipping fees to return the putter to us.  If the putter shows signs of use and cannot be considered new, we will charge a $75 restocking fee.

CUSTOM PUTTERS

**Disclaimer** If you did not go through our remote fitting process or were not fitted by one of our certified fitters, custom putters CANNOT be returned. 

If you went the custom route and were properly fit, you have the same 14-day window to return or exchange your putter, but you will be charged a $150 restocking regardless of condition. If the putter is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Our manufacturing warranty is valid within 12 months of purchase. L.A.B. Golf will cover the shipping fees of returning the putter to the factory for repair within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns after the initial 6 months will be the responsibility of the customer. The original order number is required.

If purchased through a 3rd party, please contact the 3rd party to coordinate the warranty request.

Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. If damage to the putter is deemed to be a result of misuse, repair fees may apply.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN WEIGHT UNDER HEAD WEIGHT OPTION WHEN ORDERING A MEZZ.1 OR MEZZ.1 MAX CUSTOM? 

For a standard putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/-15 grams from standard. For an Arm Lock putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/- 20 grams from standard. For a Broomstick putter, the target for heavier or lighter is +/-25 grams from standard.

HOW SOON AFTER I ORDER MY L.A.B. GOLF PUTTER WILL I RECEIVE IT?

It takes a little longer to ship L.A.B. Golf putters because they’re built by hand, one at a time in our factory in Eugene, Oregon. 

For that reason, most customers can expect to receive their new L.A.B. Golf putter in 5-6 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. Lead times may be a little longer on certain putters.

DOES L.A.B. GOLF SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! We also have LA.B. Golf Authorized Fitters in some countries. You can search for your nearest retailer here

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Duties and taxes depend on several factors such as the cost of the purchase as well as the country to which the order is being shipped. The purchase price of a L.A.B. Golf putter does not include duties and taxes.

CAN YOU CHANGE A LIE ANGLE?

The lie angle of a L.A.B. Golf putter is not adjustable. Trying to adjust your lie angle voids the warranty. If you think you need help choosing the correct lie angle or think you ordered the wrong lie angle, please send us an email atinfo@labgolf.com.

ARE THE WEIGHTS INTERCHANGEABLE? 

L.A.B. Golf putter weights can be changed, but only by us. Trying to adjust your weights on your own voids the warranty.
