    Need a new grip? Your local club builder can handle that. You can purchase a replacement Press Grip here.

    The availability of services we offer will depend on your LAB Golf model. The services offered include re-shafting, re-balancing, re-weighting, head swaps, and lie angle changes. Available services for each model are listed below

A FEW ADDITIONAL NOTES

    1. We cannot guarantee your putter will remain perfectly balanced if repair work is done outside the LAB Golf factory.
    2. Once the work order is approved by LAB Golf, the prices below include free return shipping to domestic locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the putter to LAB Golf. For international requests, please email workorders@labgolf.com.
    3. We can only re-shaft a putter with a new newly purchased factory shaft or from a putter which was built at the LAB Golf factory. We cannot remove and install a shaft from any other putter.
    4. Our ability to perform the requested repairs are not guaranteed and are subject to review upon receipt at the LAB Golf factory. If we are unable to perform the requested repairs, alternative options will be provided or your putter will be returned and paid fees will be refunded.
    5. No work will be completed before the invoice is paid.

  • BOUGHT FROM A RETAILER

    If you purchased your putter from one of our fitters/retailers, please contact them to coordinate your return.

    RETURNING A STOCK PUTTER

    If you purchased one of our stock offerings, you can return the putter within 14 days of arrival. If it is returned to us in NEW condition, we will refund the purchase price of the putter to your original form of payment and you will not be charged a restocking fee.

    You will, however, be responsible for any shipping fees to return the putter to us. If the putter shows signs of use and cannot be considered new, we will charge a $75 restocking fee.

    RETURNING A CUSTOM PUTTER

    **Disclaimer** If you did not go through our remote fitting process or were not fitted by one of our certified fitters, custom putters CANNOT be returned.

    If you went the custom route and were properly fit, you have the same 14-day window to return or exchange your putter, but you will be charged a $150 restocking regardless of condition. If the putter is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.

    WARRANTY INFORMATION

    Our manufacturing warranty is valid within 12 months of purchase.

    L.A.B. Golf will cover the shipping fees of returning the putter to the factory for repair within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns after the initial 6 months will be the responsibility of the customer.

    The original order number is required.

    If purchased through a 3rd party, please contact the 3rd party to coordinate the warranty request.

    Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. If damage to the putter is deemed to be a result of misuse, repair fees may apply.
